Someone used my account on Chrome

My Question or Issue

 So I went to hit play on Spotify on my PC, and it said it was currently playing on chrome, weird enough. Then I looked at my play history and whoever was using it had played like 30 different playlists. My account is hooked up with my Facebook so the only way they couldve gotten in was through knowing my Facebook password, and on top of that I have 2 factor authentication enabled which I never got an alert for. Is there some other way they could've bypassed facebook and logged in? I'm very stressed and confused about this. Please help. No-one has access to my Facebook password or my 2FA except me, and the music being listened to was foreign. Brasillian i think.
