Someone using my account

Someone is using my account and deleted all of my playlist and unfollow all of my artists even I’ve changed my password he/she still can access my account what can I do?

Could it be through facebook? Maybe if your deactivate the connection with facebook it will solve the problem?

Nope I’m not connected to Facebook and I just saw music he/she listened is Latin or something like that but I’m Asian T^T

Sorry to hear you're having issues with this unauthorized use of your account. I would recommend changing your password once more to be safe, and then using the "sign out everywhere" option located on your account page here. You'll find that option when you scroll towards the bottom of the page.

Also from the account page, you'll find a "recover playlists" option in the left hand sidebar, and if you'll click on that you may find it's possible to recover some of your deleted playlists.
