Someone using my account

Hello! I am a premium family account holder who has used Spotify for years. About 2 months ago, random music started popping up on my playlists. I reset my passwords and the problem went away until today. Now, all of my playlists had been deleted (thankful for the recover option!) and a new one added. I went back into my account and disabled Facebook (I think? ) access, reset my password on my Facebook, spotify, and gmail, and signed out all other users. I also deleted an invitation to join our family account that was sent to a stranger. 

Is there a way to check what is going on? All of the music that keeps taking over my account is drastically different from ours (think kids music, contemporary top hits and josh groban vs explicit deutch rap).
