Someone using my account?

I have read the threads about unauthorized users on accounts and I have signed out all devices numerous times and I've changed my password numerous times.  I have kicked all my family off my family membership so that it only includes me and my daughter but still almost every time I sign into my Spotify I find playlists I didn't create, recently listened to artists I've never heard of, and I frequently have to "listen on this device" over and over because it's like I'm fighting for control of "who" gets to listen to the music.  It's very frustrating and I just want it to stop.  Please tell me what to do?!??!

I also just realized that whoever is on my account had deleted my playlists.  😞   If I'm honest, it feels like there is someone out there that has the same account as me and probably thinks that I'm the unauthorized user.  Is that possible?  They don't show up on my account as a family member but it definitely is not a glitch in the system...there is another person somewhere who can access my playlists without knowing how to login to my account.
