Someone using my bank account to pay their spotify!!!

I recently checked my balance on the internet and saw that someone in Great Britain is using MY bank account to pay for their spotify.

I have tried to get contact with spotify but i cant find the phonenumber or emal anywhere.

Solve my problem please!!!!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

If this is the case, unfortunately you can't contact Spotify first, as they wont be able to find the account which your bank accound details are being used for. It would be easier for you to get in touch with your bank, and they can start declining the payments and can get in touch with Spotify about it.
