Someone was using my account

Today my account was disconnected from my devices and I was not able to connect again, my password seemed to be incorrect, my email was still the same and from the gmail log I realized that my email had not been accessed by anyone, so someone changed my pass without access my email. How is this possible? And when I change my password and log in my account, I noticed that there was an unknown device named "Michu" (iphone) listening some music. I already disconnect all devices, but how did this happen???

Someone may have hacked your account, i would reccomend resetting your password

Yes, I already did, thanks. But how someone hacked my acc and changed my pass WITHOUT access my email? Its a glitch or bug in spotify?
