Someones on my Account

Someone else is on my account and has changed all my account music on my desktop Spotify. Everything is still there on my iPhone app.

I have changed my password, but seem to have lost everything on Spotify on my desktop. 

What can i do to recover it all?

That's interesting that you have everything in place on your mobile. Are you using two accounts? .... Do you see similar things when you go to open.spotify.com (Spotify web player) and log in there?

You can recover your playlists from your account page.
