Something is Wrong with my Acc ..i have a unauthorized user !

I has given since a few days the problem that access a stranger to my Spotify account . Unfortunately, I can not set a device password , I do not know why I can not. There are raised repeatedly on playlists that I have not created . In the connected devices an IPhone is then listed . What should I do ? Thanks for your help.

It sounds like someone may be accesing your account right now. To stop this, please go to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, change your password and press the "Sign out everywhere" button.

i use my Facebook Login . I Changet my Passwort on FB ...and i try the " Sign out everywhere " button many times ...but why i cant set a Device Password ? Last visit from this Iphone user ....Yesterday

If you're signing into Spotify with a FB-created account, you'll have to set up the device password in Facebook settings.

Log into FB > Security Settings > App Passwords.
