Something went wrong - Gift Code

Hey People,

First: Sorry for my bad English - I'm from Germany.

Here is my problem: I have bought a Gift Card at the local Gas Station and now I want to enter the Code but if i type the Code in, the site keeps saying "Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuche es noch einmal oder besuche unseren <a href="/help/">Hilfebereich</a>" what means something like: Oops, something went wrong. Try it again or visit the help.

I've typed the code multiple times now, but it won't work.. What can i do?
