Something wrong with my account

My Question or Issue

So I tried using a 3rd party tool to help me transfer playlists from another service to spotify. However, that did not work.

 

Now my playlists aren’t syncing or even showing up on both my phone and desktop app. Please help!

thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community !

 

As it is not recommended using third party apps to transfer music, I would have to recommend you either start fresh on your Spotify account or manually create the playlists.

 

I'm unable to help further as the apps aren't recommended or officially integrating with Spotify.

You can try using app called SongShift on ios to transfer music to your spotify account. It's a thirdparty  app so i would not recommend you to do so, but i personally used it to transfer my music and it didn’t cause any troubles for me.
