Son paying for spotify on my card

Please help. I am paying on my credit card for spotify cant stop payment through online banking. I am paying for my son who has an account on Spotify in his name but paying on my card. How do I stop this without his log in details. He is supposed to be getting it for £5 with his student card but for the past 3 months I have been paying £10 and only just found  this out and I want it stopped

Hey @h7m1k ! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that cancelled for you. Student discount is only valid for 12 months, after which time it reverts to standard premium billing. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
