Song list is a mess

I guess my issue is mostly on my phone, in the app on my laptop and my desktop everything looks normal. On my phone, my first album is broken up by song individually with a thumbnail of the album cover for each song... as opposed to one thumbnail with the songs of the album listed below that and, there is a duplication of individual songs from that first album. I have a total of 4 albums and the other 3 appear normal. Do I have a way of correcting this? Any thoughts? I attached a screenshot of my that sort of shows the issue.

I uninstalled the app completely and reinstalled it, but the issue remains
the same.

Hey @tindog13,

Could you try to Sign Out Everywhere and to Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account page? 

It's also good to try this on another device on the same account, to see if it works there.

I believe I have done all that but it has not corrected the songlist. It only looks incorrect on my phone.
