Song on desktop won't download on phone

My Question or Issue

I have a song saved on my desktop "Bronco" by Canaan Smith.  This song is greyed out on Spotify, so I moved the version from my local files into a playlist.  However, the song won't populate on my phone even though I am on the same wifi as my desktop.  How can I resolve this issue?

Please checked that you have followed all basic instrucions :

• You're logged in to the same account on both your desktop and your mobile or tablet.
• Your devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
• You have the latest version of the Spotify app installed (on both devices).
• Your device's firmware is up-to-date.

I've updated my phone and computer and they are all up to date and on the same wifi and everything you've listed above.

I've also tried deleting and re-installing both, but no luck.

Sometimes users tend to create more than one account and be logged with different accounts on different devices.

Please check out this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details to make sure you're logged in with the right account on all devices.
