Song stops after a few seconds then random Latin music starts playing.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'll be listening to a song on one of my playlists or albums, then suddenly the song will just stop after playing for about 10 seconds, then some random Latin music comes on. It’s really annoying and I can’t listen to any of my songs on Spotify.

Is somebody else using your account from another device?

And ave you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
