Songs/Albums appearing on different account, but not mine

Hi, at work I use the work Spotify account, then when I come home I use a different account.

I found some music on the work account, when I got home, searched for the song/album on the account I use here, and it does not exist?! Both premium accounts

This happened to me as well, I tried reinstslling but did not work, what do you suggest?
