Songs dissapearing

So more and more recently I've notived new songs I've added or had for years for that matter gets greyed out/removed (licensing trouble no doubt) while only a minor annoyance at first it's starting to become a major problem for me.

The worst thing is that although I've set several playlist to available offline mode the songs still dissapear on them randomly. It's quite silly to have to keep my iPhone offline when listening to spotify because I know the next time it syncs it's gonna remove a bunch of songs from my offline lists.

Is this really supposed to happen to songs even though they've been synced for offline play?

I've had this happen too, and idk if the song was infringing copyright or not, but now it's gone, but I want to listen to it, and now can't! Kinda annoyed! The song is by Farizki, called play date. Please see attached!

I am also having the same issue but if spotify keep doing this due to "licensing issues" im going to leave spotify
