Songs do not appear on playlist

So whenever I want to move my liked songs to new playlist manually, they just do not appear in my playlist, the song count does go up whenever I add it and whenever in shuffle they do appear and play but I cant see them whenever I go on.

First up, it's good to restart both your device and the Spotify app. You may also need to log out and log back in to see if it makes any difference. 

If this doesn't help, let us know what device you're using and your current Spotify app version. This way we can take a closer look at the issue and advise you further.
