Sony Pre-Save AE Access Token Missing Error Message

Hello. When I try to pre-save an album or song through an official link posted by an artist, I just get an error that says “AE access token missing” and it says Sony Music above it. I created a new Spotify account just to see if it was an issue with my current account, and the new account worked and was able to pre save the album. I talked to Spotify customer service and they said there is no way to pre save music, which clearly is not true. What should I do to fix this issue?

I'm having the exact same issue, I'm currently tweeting the Spotify stars account for some support but I'm not having any luck. What kind of Spotify plan are you on? I'm on a Premium Duo plan with my boyfriend and I'm wondering if it is something to do with our plan, however my boyfriend has managed to Pre-Save the album without any issues!! So frustrating 😞 

I’m just on the free plan 😞 i have no idea what’s causing it. let me know if you get a response!
