My Question or Issue
When I try to open the Web Player, I keep getting a "Login to Spotify" page, and when I click the button it opens a new window that says, "Sorry, couldn't find that."
- the app is blocked on my college wifi
- I've tried Firefox
- I can open Web Player on the same wifi on a different computer
- I have restarted my computer
- I have cleared my cache and cookies
- I have checked "play protected content" on Chrome
- I have changed my password
- I have logged in and out
- I have emailed Spotify Support and have not received help
- I have messed with the time clock settings - I recently moved from Pacific to Central.

I appreciate the suggestions -- I tried them all to no avail. I continue to get the same "undefined login request". Something tells me it's probably an issue with my computer but I can't for the life of me figure it out. The only issue is that I don't have another Spotify account, but I'll try making a new one and see how that goes.

Have you tried to use it on different wifi? Share from your phone or something. Have you updated all drivers etc and sorry for bad english im from Finland
