Sorry you're already a member of this (or another) family plan

Hi,

 

We've had a premium subscription for years, but now I would like my wife to have her own account. I have bought the family subscription plan and added my wife, but when she clicks "approve the invitation" I get the following error:

 

"Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family" plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan."

 

She has a new email address and is not apart of another Family plan. Why am I getting this message? I can't switch to her new account cause she hasn't made a user name or password yet.

Hey @pschellenberg!

 

Let's try some troubleshooting steps - Can you try a different web browser and let me know if thee results are the same? Also, try using Chrome's "Incognito" setting by using CTRL + SHIFT + P on a PC or CMD + SHIFT + P on a mac while inside of Chrome Browser.
