Spark - account payment

Hi there, I have a Spotify Premium account already and Spark is going to take over the payment. Do I just cancel my subscription to do this? Is it that simple, I don't want to lose my account. Thanks

Hey @lizsimps,

Yeah I believe that you just have to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to receive Spotify Premium from Spark.

Also, you won't lose any of your stuff (eg. playlists, saved music etc). Only offline music will be removed from your device(s) but can be downloaded when you have Premium again at anytime.
