Spark and spotify premium

I have a mobile plan with spark. This is supposed to include Spotify premium. However on my phone when I play Spotify it isn't Premium when I try to set it up it tells me I am already a premium user. Spark said it's a Spotify problem but I don't know how to contact Spotify to rectify. Please can somebody help me.

I'd recommend reaching out to Spark again as they're the one's managing your subscription.
