Hi,
I was given a "Spotify Premium - Spotify 12 Month Prepaid Subscription" from the Qantas Store in Australia and the voucher doesn't seem to work. Clicking on the link redirects to the home page and typing in the code manually says that it's invalid. The Qantas store told me to contact Spotify so I logged a case with spotify about a month ago but have only recieved an automated email with a case no. (01964272) and haven't heard anything since.
Is there anither way to get Spotify to respond?

Sorry, but that would not be possible.
Spotify's policy is that you have to create your account for the proper country that you live in.
Please reply to that automated e-mail (even when it says no-reply) so an Spotify employee can get back to you as soon as possible.
Spotify aims to reply within 24 hours.
Just curious: Are you living in Australia / is this the country that is displayed in your settings?

HI there! I am about nto purchase this from thew qantas frequent flier programme. THe problem is I am living in Ireland but it is tagged as an australian voucher. Does this make a difference and can it be over ridden?

Yes it makes a difference. It can only be redeemed in the country it is listed for.
Thanks for the help! Would it be possible to set up the account in Australia (get someone to do it for me) and then log in from Ireland, and use premuim account in IReland for 12 months?
THe reason I am trying to do this is that I have to use my qantas points before they expire and really want to use them to pay spotify subscription.
