Spotify 30 day free trial doesn't work

I am trying to upgrade to premium using the "30 day Free trial". It asks you how you would like to pay and you can choose Visa/ Amex/Pay pal etc.... then you click continue and it takes you on to the next page to input your payment details. The only problem is the next page is blank and no matter whether I try on I pad or laptop etc it wont give me any fields to fill in ! Very frustrating ! Don't Spotify want my money !

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

I have done as you suggested and only hope they can remedy the problem as my 7 day free trial of Premium is up at the weekend !

I have tried dozens of times on different days and on different devices to sign up to Premium and am having no luck !
