Good Morning! I have tried a few times over the last few days to sign up for the 30 day trial of Premium and I keep getting a 404 error on my computer and on my phone saying the webpage doesn't exist. I just cancelled XM. LOL. Spotify, please take my money (after the 30 days are up).

Does it work if you go directly to https://www.spotify.com/freetrial/ ?
Its also worth noting you don't qualify for the free trial if you have ever had premium or unlimited before on that account.

Yes it is. When I click on any link involved with upgrading or adding a payment source/type, it still gives the 404 error. I thought it might be my company's internet, but it did it at home and on my mobile data.

That worked! Thank you! I don't think I had the free trial. I had Google Play before, so I just had Spotify as free. My subscription has updated in my account. Honestly I'm not sure on the URL. I don't think I can get it to load there again since the link you sent worked and the subscription is live.

I keep getting error 404 when entering my debit card info to upgrade to Premium.

I have the same issue. Error 404 after I submit my Paypal details and am taken back to the Spotify website.
So frustrating. Tried upgrading over a month ago, and same thing was happening. Was hoping they would have fixed by now.
Hey tanner1976, I just upgraded to Spotify Unlimited and it ook my cc info. I then went in and upgraded to premium after it had my payment info saved from the Unlimited upgrade.

That won't let you have the 30 day free trial though @rswock ! If you would still like one I would get in touch with customer services and see if they can do anything for you.
Meanwhile, since there have been a few reports of this I'm escalating it as an issue now!

@rswock @tanner1976 mentioned using PayPal, are you both using PayPal to upgrade?
Have you tried using a different browser, or clearing cache and cookies when upgrading through spotify.com/freetrial ?
Thanks for your patience so far. As Peter mentioned, It's also worth contacting the support team for more help
I even get it by just clicking the upgrade button. I've tried in IE and Chrome
