Spotify Access acount

I am currently using Spotify premium, I had an old account that was also Spotify premium and it was linked through my Facebook, when I deleted that Facebook account i could no longer get into that Spotify account, so I made a new one that is Spotify premium as well. I am still being charged for my old account which I thought was deleted, and am also being charged now. How do I fix this?
