My Question or Issue

We have a Premium Family account with my dad, mom, brother and me. Today my mother entered her’s Spotify app and it was synced with my account, and my brother’s was synced with my dad’s account. They didn’t signed out and logged in into my or my dad’s account, but some how, the accounts were mixed ! Can anybody help us?

That's odd. Can you please ask each one of them to use the link bellow and double check their credentials and see if it's correct?
