I have yet to find a solution to this issue. My email is still not the same as my Facebook email and I'm not allowed to change the email address here on Spotify. Please note that I've had this email addressed for YEARS now but Spotify didn't update my email address and it's still on my old email address.
The email I have changed on Facebook is currently not being used as I've tried logging in to the new email.
This has created another issue where my family members couldn't add me to my family subscription.
Please fix this, I've had issues like this for SO MANY YEARS!!! Don't tell me to approach them on Twitter/Facebook, no one answers me, please direct me to a person in charge with an actualy email /one-to-one troubleshoot. I deserve that at least for being your premium member!
