Spotify Account Disabled " Engaged in unauthorized use " But i did nothing

Spotify Account Disabled " Engaged in unauthorized use " But i did nothing

Yesterday I received an email from Spotify saying : account is disabled due to engaged in unauthorized use in violation of the Terms,but i did nothing , i was not even using spotify when i received an email .
this is the 2nd time it is happening , before it happened 6 months ago , it was saying : possibly making unauthorized copies playable outside the Spotify app , but i am not invloved in any kind of such activities
i just listen music on spotify make playlists,like the songs , and download
before they had gave me my account back with conversation on twitter,but now i am told i will receive email but more than 18 hours i am receiving no email ,i heart broken & i even dont know what i did

yes it almost 24 hours since i was told to wait for an email from escalating team , but at morning (before 24 hours )  i had chat with support with team again they have told they are raised an issue again and told me to wait another 24 hours 😕 , Maybe they are slow at Weekends , dont know  , but i am just scared to loose my account , i will lost all my favorite , shazamed songs , playlists of 5 years 😞
