Spotify Account Email Changed

Recently i booted up my pc to only to find out i was logged out of spotify, when i tried to login it wouldnt let me, so i went to change password, and then i got a wierd message, my email was aparrently not linked to a spotify account. Luckily im part of a spotify premium family plan, and therefore my father could check which email was linked to the account, and its one i have never seen before, please help

Update: i tried to make a new account with the email address that i thought my account was linked to, and i could, so my email is not linked with a spotify account. Therefore i have no idea how to get all my playlists back, as thats mostly what i care about.
