Spotify Account Hacked?

My Question or Issue

 This week I was listening to songs from my playlists then randomly changes to songs from one to two particular artists I never even heard of. The Spotify app randomly asked me if I wanted to listen on a Chrome browser, literally started happening this week so I went to check on my account on the website. Found out my premium membership switched to the family plan, no context whatsoever why it did? 6 random people were on the plan along with it too. Already removed the random people and switched back to regular the regular premium membership, any suggestions on what to do next? Never had this happen before and it's sort of freaking me out lol.
