Spotify Account Issue/Subscription

Hi guys!

 

I used to have a spoitfy preimum account but for some reason the app was disconnected to Facebook and I wasn't able to log in, It was giving me so many errors that I had to just start all over again. I disconnected my account through facebook and signed up for another one using the same email address. Am I getting charge twice  since I had a previous premium account and wasnt able to cancel it through spotify website? My name is Jerald Aranas and my email is [snip] I was wondering if someone could look up if I have two account exisiting or if I only have one. Also, if this current account I have is the same account as my previous one, is there anyway I could get back all my playlist? Hopefully someone could help me with this

Nobody here on the forum has access to look at your account.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this.
