Spotify Account Logged out and password changed

Hey everyone, so ive had spotify for a long time and last night I went to use it and i was completely logged out of the account. I tried entering the usual battery of passwords I use, one of which I have used for spotify in particular and it didnt work. I tried resetting my password and none of the emails I use received a notification. I dont know if my account was somehow hacked or something but yesterday morning everything was working fine. The account is also not connected to my facebook. Thanks for the help and im looking forward to hearing your ideas on how to get my account back up and running!

Could you check your inbox and see if you received an email informing you that someone changed the email address registered to your Spotify account?
