Spotify Account hacked

Hello,
my Spotify got hacked. Someone changed the email adress, Username and password.
I contacted the Support twice and since last week, no one answered me.
What can I do? I have Spotify Premium and I dont want, that the hacker wil got my Payment information.

Hey there @Mahlke98, welcome to the community!

That's not good. Did you use the anonymous form to reach Spotify staff? If not, since whoever has access to your account currently has changed your email address, it's most likely any replies from Support get there instead. Make sure to be completely logged off the community and any Spotify accounts you have when you use the anonymous form so that you can enter the email address you have access to. 

Keep in mind to add any relevant information so that support knows which account you need help with. They usually get back within 24-48 hours 🙂

I contacted SpotifyCare on twitter. They answered me instantly and they want to help me. I gave them my alternate email adress.
