Spotify Account has Disappeared

Spotify Account has Disappeared

Hi, 

I tried to log onto Spotify today and it had logged me out. It now won't let me log back in, saying that there is no Spotify account linked to my username or email address? I was using it last night completely fine? 

I still have 2 months left of my premium subscription, but I can't seem to get any help as I need to be able to log in. The problem is, my Spotify account seems to have completely disappeared and is no longer associated with my email address or username? 

I have tried contacting @SpotifyCares, but they are now ignoring me because they simply cannot find an account associated with my email address? I have a copy of my order receipt which makes reference to both my username and email address!

Any ideas as to what may have happened? Thanks.

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend checking the inbox of the email address linked to your Spotify account to see if your email address was updated.
