My account was hacked this September and the person upgraded my account to a premium family plan. I didn't notice until this months payment receipt came through. I have since removed their users, changed my accounts password, and changed the subscription plan back to premium.
I tried reaching out to your team through the contact form but the 3 little dots just keep cycling.
These are my questions. Question 1. Why didn't I receive an email notifying me that my account had been updated to a different subscription plan? Question 2. Can I receive a prorate for the family plan back to a normal premium plan?
