Spotify App isn't working on my Windows 10 Laptop

Hi everyone

Since I bought myself a brand new Laptop,Spotify worked normaly on this thing.

But a few days ago it said, that I'm in the offlinemode because of the error code 4.

I did everything the internet told me to do(uninstall the app ,restart the PC etc.),but it was still in offline mode(yes there is a constant internetconnection given on my laptop)

Yesterday I also couldn't enter Spotify anymore.It still works on my xbox one,my iphone and my tablet,but I can't get in by laptop.

Any suggestions?

Hey @samysoprano, welcome to the community!

This issue could be caused by programs that can interfere with the Spotify connection. If you have an active antivirus and firewall, make sure Spotify is set as an exeption before trying again.

Also, check if your laptop is connection through a proxy, which could also cause this error to pop-up.
