And my problem is that I go to the site: https://artists.spotify.com/c/access/artist and if I enter my name then my account will not be found ...

Can someone help me there?

Hello there!

First take a look at Spotify Artists Guide 

You need to have a label or aggregator, they'll handle the work for you. If you don't, Spotify have deals in place with a number of companies who can deliver your music to there and collect royalties for you. 

When you click on the above link ^ you`ll be able to see which labels you can choose.
