Spotify Brand Account/ Licences to play music in a commercial setting

I have some questions about using Spotify in my commercial setting. 

If I own a Spotify "Brand" Account AND have previously paid for the mechanical rights of all the songs in my playlists-, can I now use my Spotify playlists to play background music in my public/commercial setting? …Or am I still breaking Spotify's terms?

"we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to make personal, non-commercial use of the Spotify Service..."
