Hi,

I think Spotify is by far the best streaming service on the market. But for Custom Install it sucks. To get Spotify integrated with control system is the single thing I have put in most work and effort in my job. There are some working solutions but they are lacking of new functions in Spotify like “my music” and more.

Spotify Connect is not good for system integration because it is device based and you need to start the music from a device and then you can control it via the control system. And the problem with disconnecting Spotify accounts from speakers, amps and links are just dumb!

So my question to any system integrators at the community.

What solutions do you use to get Spotify in installations with control systems like, RTI, ELAN, Control 4, Crestron and more… Both for private homes and commercial installations using Spotify Enterprise and Business.

And please, no Sonos in this thread.
