Spotify Canceled my subscription and I don't know why

So, I got an email from spotify saying that my account has been canceled but I didn't cancel my subscription and I don't know what happened. Does anyone know what happened?

Subscriptions can get canceled by:

• Lack of funds in your account
• We no longer accept payments through the partner, such as Google Play
• The user used a gift card and their time is up.

Does it show you still have a subscription on here?

It does not show that I have a subscription on here but I was paying through Google Play, so I'll just have to pay in a different way. Thanks for the response.

Spotify canceled my Duo subscription. Why? How do I reinstate it? PayPal sent me an email that said Spotify canceled my payment. What’s going on?
