Spotify Connect shows unrecognised PS4s

I've been having a recurring problem where it appears that a number of PS4s I don't recognise appear on my Spotify Connect menu. I have taken screenshots to document this problem. If I select any of the various PS4s and play music from them it is frequently paused, volume turned down, tracks skipped etc.

The first incident like this occurred about three weeks or so ago. I thought my account had been breached so I reset my password and signed out from all devices only for it to recur a short while later. I was able to resolve this problem until now by apparently playing really objectionable music  from one of the PS4s, and I hadn't seen them again until today.

Really no idea what's going on, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Staff got back to me with some suggestions.

Have you logged in into a friend's playstation with your Spotify account before?

Also try reinstalling the Spotify app to see if that helps.
