Spotify Connected to wrong facebook

My Question or Issue

Spotify has connected to a friends facebook account, when I disconnect it and try to connect it to my own facebook it automatically stays logged in on his account. There is a device (cliftons echo) that is producing activity that is not my own and I'm having trouble removing this device. It won't work when I sign out of everywhere and change my password so I'm hoping that this could be the solution.

About the Facebook connection, did you created your Spotify account using the FB credentials, or did you created your Spotify account using an email address and connected to a Facebook after that? And about the device connected to your account, check on your account page if there is any unrecognizable device linked to your account, and then disconnect it. After that, try to "sign out everywhere" again.
