Spotify Customer Service is the WORST!

I'm an expat living in Hong Kong and Spotify assumed I can read Chinese so they were sending me Chinese emails. After contacting them to ask to change the language of my notification emails to English, one of their very smart agents cancelled my subscription. After further back and forth of emails, they confirmed that the issue has been fixed but unfortunately, I will need to re-setup my premium subscription that their agent mistakenly cancelled. 

 

It slipped my mind to re-set up my subscription again and when I did....surprise, surprise! The email confirmation I received is IN CHINESE!! THE SPOTIFY EMPLOYEES SERIOUSLY CANNOT DO ANYTHING RIGHT.

 

I went on their livechat 3 days ago to demand for the issue (that they confirmed was supposedly resolved) be resolved ASAP. I was informed by the agent that the "specialty team" will email me within 24-48 hours. Well, here we are, 3 days later and no email.

 

If Spotify's goal is to hire incompetent employees, they're surely doing a good job!
