Spotify Deleted my Music

I signed up for a premium trial last September on my 'o2 money card'

 

Between registering for the trial and the trial expiary. o2 went into liquidation and is now owed by '3 network'

 

This ment that all 'o2 money cards' were cancelled.

 

After the trial the money should have been coming from my account.

 

As I had returned to college i was using spotify less frequently in my final year of college and knew I definatly had money in my account.

 

Without warning I was signed out from all access points. 

 

When I had logged back in all of my playlist had been deleted. My entire college experience in music gone.

 

 

 

I can not find any phone number or direct email to explain my situation and hopefully get my music back as it is of great sentiment to me. Can somebody please help
