My Question or Issue
Hi, I recently got a new debit card and when my direct debit didnt go through at beginning of this month, I updated the payment card on my account.
When I went in to the Spotify app on my phone, i had a notification that payment hadnt been made, so i went to update details thinking payment hadnt gone through. Instead I've been charged for regular premium, and my wife has been removed from the Duo account.
Is it possible to get this back to how it was before, with two of us on Duo and not having a second monthly payment?
