Spotify E-card paid but no message or gift received.

Yesterday I bought Spotify E-card gift for the present day. I paid sucessfully by Dotpay and received Transaction confirmation by e-mail. I haven't got any e-mail from Spotify, there is no information on transatcion list on my account.
I was charged for 19.99PLN and didn't got product.
