My Question or Issue

Two weeks ago I accidentally removed Facebook from my Spotify apps in my account (https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/apps/). Ever since my regular account name is being used as display name in the Spotify applications to myself as well as my friends.

I performed the following actions in order to try to fix this:

• Logging out/in multiple times on multiple devices.
• Reinstalled the Spotify applications on multiple devices multiple times.
• Removed Spotify from my Facebook connected apps (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications) and logging in to Spotify again. I had to reauthorize the Spotify-Facebook connection.

Besides the things stated above, it's been over more than a week since I tried to fix it. I waited on purpose without performing any actions in order to give the system time to connect the dots.

Unfortunately, till this day my problem hasn't been fixed.

You mentioned that you removed Spotify from your Facebook connected apps and that you reauthorized the Spotify-Facebook connection. Would you mind performing the first step again and leaving it that way for a few days, and then trying to connect it again? 

In the meantime, could you send us a screenshot of your profile page in the Spotify app so we can see how your name is currently appearing? This will give us a better idea of what things look like on your end.
