Have a nice day. Good forms. I bought a Spotify membership account via Facebook. I raise the access to the account through Facebook, but I can not delete a Spotify membership. The reason I do this, I bought a new Spotify Premium account to connect to your Facebook account. I appreciate your help.

So do you have 2 different accounts now? You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both of them within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
