Spotify Famaily Error

My Sister invite me to Premium but if i click on the invitation i forwarding to the spotify site where i see all the time the loading circle but nothing else happens only the loading circle turn...

Some help would be nice.

I have the same problem and now i have closed the website and my sister sent me an email again but it doesn`t work. I don`t know what to do!!!!!
